To keep in mind…

• Although completely feasible and attainable, the requirements under Mexican law to perform the civil/legal portion of marriages for couples traveling to Mexico are quite extensive and expensive. An option which we would like to present to you is that you perform the legal portion of your marriage with a justice of the peace in your home town, then host the celebration of your marriage here in Paradise. This will simplify things greatly. Also the money saved could be used to enhance your celebration.

• Passports – All visitors to Mexico are now required to have a valid passport. United States citizens can search – travel.state.gov/passport – for info on obtaining or renewing their passports.

• At Mayan Riviera Weddings we’re committed to doing all in our power to accommodate your every request. However, since you’re choosing to marry in a foreign country you may not always find the same options here as you would find in your home country.

• A contract between Mayan Riviera Weddings and Client is required.
